My name is Barbara and I’m a fulltime Work at Home mom and entrepreneur. Since 1998 I have been making my living on the Internet.

Author of over 20 books and ebooks, I specialize in teaching all levels of people to master their usage of the Internet. I’ve watched MySpace.com mushroom from a mere few million to the over 90 million today that benefit from it…and became fascinated with the incredible number of ways people are using it today. I wanted to record and archive this growth for others…but what to name it?

I settled on GainFriends.com because that’s what MySpace is about, first and foremost - grown and network with people all over the world who share your same interests. But the reasons why people do this vary:

While I could easily write and sell a basic book about MySpace, I’ve decided to keep this site free because I like helping others.
